The present invention relates to a foundation liquid filling apparatus which has a modified structure so that different colors of foundation liquids can be packed to be separated in one cosmetic puff without being mixed during a process of filling the cosmetic puff with the foundation liquids. According to the present invention, the foundation liquid filling apparatus comprises: a cosmetic puff supply unit (10) where the cosmetic puff is mounted and sequentially transferred on a predetermined path; and an injection nozzle (100) arranged to be elevated on the cosmetic puff supply unit (10) and supplying the different colors of foundation liquids supplied through multiple supply hoses (50) to the cosmetic puff. The injection nozzle (100) comprises: at least one connecting hole (110) connected to the multiple supply hoses (50) and formed to correspond to each of multiple separated injection spaces (140); a filling part (120) horizontally formed on the lower end part of the connecting hole (110) and temporarily storing each foundation liquid; a nozzle part (131) having multiple nozzle holes (130) formed on the lower side of the filling part (120); a separating protrusion part (107) formed to protrude on the lower side of the nozzle part (131) so as to separate the multiple injection spaces (140) in the cosmetic puff into which the multiple foundation liquids are injected; and a protruding part (109) formed to protrude to be lower than the separating protrusion part (107) along the rim of each injection space (140) on the lower side of the nozzle part (131).
