The present invention relates to a strip tube opening and closing device. The device includes: an upper cover plate; a clamp plate; and a lower cover plate including multiple strips passing through gaps of a strip tube on one end. Each of the strips passes through the gaps of the strip tube when the strip tube is arranged on a reaction tray. The tube cover of the strip tube is separated from a tube body by the force applied to a handle. The upper cover plate elastically prevents the tube cover from being released from the separated strip tube in order to prevent the direction of the tube cover covering the tube body again from changing. The edges of the clamp plate are significantly reduced toward the inner side of the upper and lower cover plates in order to close the cover of the convex-type PCR strip tube and to reduce the downward pressure when the strip tube is used. |
