According to the present invention, an organic light emitting diode display device comprises: a substrate defining a plurality of pixel areas arranged in a matrix manner; a thin film transistor formed in the pixel area; a first anode electrode connected to the thin film transistor; a second anode electrode form to be spaced a certain distance apart from the first anode electrode; and a connecting unit connecting the first anode electrode and the second anode electrode. The organic light emitting diode display device further comprises a first inorganic insulating layer which is arranged in a space between the first anode electrode and the second anode electrode, and covers one side portion of the first anode electrode and one side portion of the second anode electrode facing each other. |
