The present invention relates to an organic light emitting device. The organic light emitting device includes: an anode; a cathode prepared to face the anode; and an organic layer including a light emitting layer prepared between the anode and the cathode. The organic layer includes an electron transport unit prepared between the light emitting layer and the cathode. The electron transport unit includes a first electron transport layer and a second electron transport layer. A difference in Poole-Frenkel factor β between the first electron transport layer and the second electron transport layer is greater than or equal to 0.001; and a difference in a zero-field mobility μ_0 between the first electron transport layer and the second electron transport layer is greater than or equal to one order of magnitude.
