An organic light emitting display panel and an organic light emitting display device comprising a substrate 202, a pixel electrode 220 positioned in each of a plurality of pixel areas on the substrate, a bank 222 positioned in a non-emission area on the substrate, having a portion overlapping an edge of each pixel electrode 220 and exposing a portion of each pixel electrode, and an organic layer 226 positioned on each exposed pixel electrode. A plurality of grooves or holes are positioned in the bank, and a material 226 the same as that of the organic layer may be positioned in the groove or hole. The organic layer may be deposited by printing from solution and then dried. The aim of the invention is that it can prevent luminance degradation and an occurrence of a stain of an organic light emitting display panel. |
