<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water supply and cleaning apparatus for a mixer capable of high speed jetting cleaning with cleaning water and using the cleaning water as water supply for kneading in the mixer. <P>SOLUTION: In the water supply and cleaning for the mixer, recovered water from a recovered water tank is received by a recovered water hopper and fresh water from a fresh water tank is received by a fresh water hopper, a water measuring hopper is formed by integrally connecting the recovery hopper and the fresh water hopper and after the measurement of the water supply is finished in a water measurement hopper, water supply to the mixer is started. All recovered water in the recovered water hopper is supplied to the inside of the mixer and the fresh water from the fresh water hopper is used to clean the inside of the mixer by providing a high pressure cleaning pump which pressurizes the fresh water first and discharges the fresh water and a cleaning nozzle arranged in the mixer to jet the fresh water from the high pressure cleaning pump. A level meter detecting that the level of the fresh hopper is low is provided and when the water level is low, the high pressure cleaning pump and the cleaning nozzle are stopped and after that, a valve directly communicating with the fresh water hopper is opened to supply all fresh water remaining in the fresh hopper to the inside of the mixer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
