A printing sheet comprising: a base material comprising an olefin-based resin; and an ink receiving layer laminated on one surface side of the base material, characterized that the ink receiving layer comprises a styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer, the styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer satisfies at least one of the following condition 1 and condition 2: (Condition 1) A styrene-containing ratio is 15 mass% or more, the styrene-containing ratio being a mass ratio of monomer of a styrene-based compound to a total monomer used for forming the styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer. (Condition 2) The styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer is a non-perfectly hydrogenated styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer. The printing sheet is obtained in which the cured ink is unlikely to delaminate from the base material and the productivity can be enhanced. In addition, a method is provided which manufactures the above printing sheet at high productivity and with a low possibility of quality degradation.
