MALICIOUS APPLICATION DETECTING METHOD AND COMPUTER PROGRAM EXECUTING THE METHOD

The present invention relates to a method for detecting a malicious application and a computer program performing the same. The method for detecting a malicious application includes the following steps: (a) parsing an application; (b) comparing manufacturer information, extracted by parsing, with a black list of malicious manufactures; and (c) determining whether the application is a malicious application based on a comparison result. A malicious application can be rapidly and accurately detected by using the method of the present invention.
