PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic power generator that utilizes flux and reflux of tides repeatedly taking place about 54-58 times every month.SOLUTION: At the time from reflux to flux, a start water tower is laid down by utilizing displacement of a water level to fill a heat part 15 of the tower with seawater, and at the time of reflux, the tower is raised to move the seawater to an elevated water tank hopper 32, and by repeating this for five days, the elevated water tank hopper 32 is filled with seawater. Then, seawater is injected from a discharge port opened at the lower part of the elevated water tank hopper 32 toward a power generation turbine 43, and thereby the turbine is rotated to perform power generation. |
