PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slot machine that performs a freeze capable of changing the freeze frequency with the progress of a game and granting a privilege to a player accordingly.SOLUTION: A slot machine includes freeze control means for controlling a freeze so that any operation of an operation switch is unaccepted for a prescribed time. The freeze control means includes: freeze frequency management means for determining an initial value for freeze frequency when a prescribed condition is satisfied and managing the remaining freeze frequency; freeze time selection means for selecting any one of a plurality of kinds of freeze times; and freeze execution means for executing a freeze for the game for the selected freeze time. The freeze frequency management means selects an increase/decrease value for the remaining freeze frequency on the basis of the selected freeze time, and calculates an updated freeze remaining frequency that reflects the selected increase/decrease value. A privilege according to the freeze frequency is granted to a player. |
