<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulator which achieves high dimensional accuracy, has strength, and inhibits tracking. <P>SOLUTION: An insulator of this invention is used for an electrical dust collector operated by high voltage being applied thereto, electrically insulates a high voltage supply line from a housing supporting the voltage supply line, and is attached to mounting holes 11a, 11b of the housing.
