Provided are a fin used for a heat exchange and a drawing processing device thereof, and the heat exchange. The lower end face of a drawing punch (71) is supported by a height adjusting device (77) across an oil feed plate (76). The side surface of the oil feed plate is connected with an oil feed pipe (75) which is configured in an oil feed pipe configuration space (87). The oil feed pipe configuration space is limited between a punch fixing plate (72) and a lower mold holder (52a). The oil feed plate provides lubricating oil supplied by the oil feed pipe to a longitudinal oil feed path (81) of the drawing punch. Through integrally making the drawing punch, the oil feed plate, and the oil feed pipe move up and down, the drawing processing device adjusts height positions of the upper end face of the drawing punch by the height adjusting device. In the oil feed pipe configuration space, gaps are formed on and under the oil feed pipe, so that the oil feed pipe can move up and down with the height adjustment. According to the drawing processing device, through improving supply of the lubricating oil of the drawing processing portion, processing precision of the sleeve portion of the fin used for a heat exchange is improved. |
