PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate quantity of heat of a mixed gas with high accuracy.SOLUTION: In an estimation device 1, a byproduct gas measured value acquisition unit 171 acquires a flow rate measured value of each generation place and each consumption place of byproduct gas, and a quantity of heat measured value of each byproduct gas. A byproduct gas mass flow modification unit 173 assumes that a constraint condition is limitation by at least one either of a balance model with generation flow rate and consumption flow rate every byproduct gas, a balance model with flow rate of each byproduct gas for mixed gas to be the mixed gas and the flow rate of the mixed gas, and a balance model with flow rate of the mixed gas and the consumption flow rate of the mixed gas. The byproduct gas mass flow modification unit 173 calculates a flow rate correction value corresponding to the flow rate measured value using flow measurement accuracy of the flow rate measured value determined beforehand under a requirement satisfying the constraint condition. a mixed gas quantity of heat estimation unit 175 estimates quantity of heat of the mixed gas based on a measured value of the quantity of heat and the flow rate correction value. |
