An embodiment of the present invention relates to a voltage dropping device, a voltage switching device, and an internal voltage supplying apparatus using the same. The voltage dropping device includes: a voltage dropping unit which outputs input voltage in a first mode and drops the input voltage in a second mode; a voltage outputting unit which is connected to the voltage dropping unit, outputs the input voltage electrically conducted in the voltage dropping unit in the first mode, and outputs the voltage, dropped by the voltage dropping unit, in the second mode; and a control unit which receives a mode signal and controls the mode change of the voltage dropping unit and the voltage outputting unit based on a value of the mode signal. Therefore, the voltage dropping device can output voltage lower than supply voltage by dropping the voltage or switching the voltage. The internal voltage supplying apparatus using the voltage dropping device can stably supply the voltage at various levels.
