The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for improved dermal delivery of a functional effective compound and, more specifically, to a cosmetic composition containing a functional effective material, comprising polyol, an emulsifier, and powder, wherein the emulsifier is C20-40 pareth-10, C14-22 alcohol/C12-20 alkyl glucoside, or a mixture thereof. The cosmetic composition of the present invention improves dermal delivery of a functional effective material contained in the cosmetic composition by having excellent stability in preparation of the functional effective material, and having excellent applicability, nutrition, and adhesion to the skin, and sealing properties of preparation after being coated. |
