According to an embodiment of the present invention, a haptic display device comprises: a display including a display unit displaying a three-dimensional virtual object comprising one or more planes including three-dimensional normal vector information, and a touch panel installed on the display unit; an operating device coupled to the display to change a slope of the display; a control unit controlling the operating device based on three-dimensional normal vector information on a plane corresponding to an area touched by the touch panel among the planes. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the haptic display device can provide a user with haptic feedback by tilting the display as much as a slope of a three-dimensional image touched by the user.
