摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To autonomously achieve information guaranteeing and infrastructure restoration by previously sensing a failure and an error state of RFID-based infrastructure facilities structured at a physical distribution base.

SOLUTION: A synchronization device includes: a supply network management system 180 which performs member management of a supply network formed by an enterprise; an RFID infrastructure remote management part 120 which remotely monitors an RFID infrastructure through an existent supply network management system; a physical distribution information synchronization error detection part 130 which requests the RFID infrastructure remote management part to restore the RFID infrastructure from a failure and to correct a physical distribution information synchronization error due to the failure of the RFID infrastructure once the failure of the RFID infrastructure is detected; and a physical distribution process management part 150 which manages an inter-multiparty supply network process through an RFID-based physical distribution process and the supply network management system, and corrects the information synchronization error in accordance with the request from the physical distribution information synchronization error detection part.
