This invention has: a plurality of solar cells (2) in which p-type electrodes (11) and n-type electrodes (12) are alternately arranged in parallel on one surface of each cell, a p-type electrode collector (13) connecting with one end of the p-type electrodes (11) being provided along one side edge (2a) of each cell, and an n-type electrode collector (14) connecting with one end of the n-type electrodes (12) being provided along the other side edge (2b) of each cell; connection conductors (3), one lengthward side of which connects with the p-type electrode collector (13) of one solar cell (2), and the other lengthward side of which connects with the n-type electrode collector (14) of another solar cell (2); and adhesive layers (17) for establishing a surface connection between the connection conductors (3) and the p-type electrode collectors (13) as well as between the connection conductors (3)and the n-type electrode collectors (14) along the lengthward direction.
