Disclosed are a flexible electrode assembly and an electrochemical device including the same. The electrode assembly includes: an electrode laminated structure including at least one first electrode plate and at least one second electrode plate which are alternately laminated on each other, and a separation film which is arranged between the first electrode and the second electrode has one side attached to the first electrode plate; and a fixation member which fixates portions of the electrode laminated structure. According to the present invention, durability and stability of the electrode assembly can be increased.
