Provided is a floating power plant using boil-off gas as fuel, comprising: an LNG storage tank which is installed in a hull and stores LNG therein; a gas turbine which is operated by using the LNG as fuel; a waste heat recovery boiler which generates steam by using the waste heat of exhaust gas generated from the gas turbine; a steam turbine which is operated by the steam generated by the waste heat recovery boiler; a generator which generates power by obtaining power from the gas turbine and the steam turbine; and a compressor which compresses boil-off gas generated from the LNG storage tank and supplies the compressed boil-off gas to the gas turbine.
