PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid servo actuator for collision test.SOLUTION: A hybrid servo actuator for collision test comprises, in an integrated state: an operation part including a piston and a rod; a chamber for supplying pneumatic to the operation part; and a control part for controlling movement of the operation part, therefore the hybrid servo actuator for collision test can enhance movement speed of the operation part to a stroke direction compared with a general hydraulic cylinder and a pneumatic cylinder. Especially, by providing a hydraulic cushion type cushion part in an actuator, not only impact generated due to impact of the operation part during malfunction of the operation part can be absorbed, but also hydraulic pressure generated due to impact can be exhausted outside, therefore the hybrid servo actuator can be used semipermanently.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
