PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an organic thin film transistor, in which a charge injection layer is formed at a specified site using a wet process and charge injection properties are improved.SOLUTION: An organic thin film transistor includes at least a gate electrode, an insulating layer, a source electrode, a drain electrode, and an organic semiconductor thin film, on a substrate. A method for manufacturing the organic thin film transistor includes the steps of: forming a charge injection layer on the surface of a drain electrode; and forming an organic semiconductor thin film between a source electrode and the drain electrode on which the charge injection layer has been formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
