PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screening method of yeast which is objective, highly reliable, capable of performing evaluation in a short time, and finding its suitability and improvement policy.SOLUTION: A screening method of new yeast has: a new metabolite data measurement process in which new metabolite data is obtained by performing the entire metabolite analysis of new yeast being an object of screening; and a new yeast position identifying process in which a position in multidimensional coordinates between new yeast and a plurality of kinds of yeast is obtained by applying the new metabolite data to a multivariate analysis formula for obtaining positions of a plurality of kinds of yeast in multidimensional coordinate, which is obtained by performing multivariate analysis to metabolite basic data that is obtained by performing the entire metabolite analysis of a plurality of kinds of yeast.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
