<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposing facility with a roof and a method of constructing the same which shorten a work period in construction, enable drilling work or the like while avoiding rainwater at a rainfall time, and also prevent water leakage in a landfill. <P>SOLUTION: In this landfill facility 1 with the roof, a plurality of pile column structures 5 are erected in a buried area 2. The pile column structure 5 includes a cast-in-place pile 11, and a precast pile 12 is erected above the cast-in-place pile 11. In constructing the landfill facility 1 with the roof, at first the cast-in-place piles 11 are constructed, then, the precast piles 12 are erected while proceeding drilling of the buried area 2.
