<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus that can obtain image information which has the small shift amount of a half-value wavelength of infrared cut by a field angle and whose image quality is sufficient for a wide range from a screen center to a periphery of a screen. <P>SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus obtains image information by forming image information in light receiving means having a rectangular light receiving section long in one direction by an image forming optical system. The apparatus includes spectral characteristic adjusting means forming a multilayer film having a function changing the spectral characteristic of incident light flux and emitting light in an optical path on a parallel plate. The spectral characteristic adjusting means is disposed by inclining to an optical axis with an axis in one direction and in a vertical direction to an optical axis of the image forming optical system as a rotary axis. When an angle to the optical axis with a surface normal line of the spectral characteristic adjusting means is set to be α, and an angle which an outermost off-axis principal ray and the optical axis make in a luminous flux made incident on the light receiving means to be θ, a condition of 0.3θ<α is satisfied. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
