PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of determining a repair condition for a coke oven which allows accurate determination of whether or not a repair condition to be applied to a coke oven is appropriate, in repairing the coke oven.SOLUTION: A method of determining repair conditions for coke oven comprises modeling the shape of a part of the furnace body including a to-be-repaired part for analysis, in repairing a coke oven, analyzing the model by giving at least mechanical properties of the furnace body, an initial condition and a boundary condition based on a repair condition to be applied so as to determine a deformation volume of the coke oven when repaired under the repair condition and determining the appropriateness of the repair condition on the basis of the deformation volume. Since a deformation volume of the part of the furnace body after the repair is predicted by analysis and the appropriateness of the repair condition is determined on the basis of the predicted deformation volume, the appropriateness of the repair condition can be grasped accurately in advance, allowing appropriate repair. |
