摘要 The present invention provides a coated lenticular or disc detergent particle having maximum perpendicular dimensions x, y and z, wherein x is from 1 to 2 mm, y is from 2 to 8 mm, and z is from 2 to 8 mm, wherein the particle comprises: (i) from 40 to 90 wt % surfactant selected from: anionic surfactant; and, non-ionic surfactant; (ii) from 1 to 40 wt % water soluble inorganic salts; and, (iii) from 0.0001 to 0.1 wt % dye, wherein the dye is selected from: anionic dyes; and non-ionic dyes, wherein the inorganic salts are present on the detergent particle as a coating and the surfactant and the dye are present as a core.

A coated detergent particle having maximum perpendicular dimensions x, y and z, wherein x is from 1 to 2 mm, y is from 2 to 8 mm, and z is from 2 to 8 mm, wherein x is not equal to y and z, and wherein the particle consists of: a core consisting of surfactant, dye, and optionally, at least one of soap, water, fluorescent agent, perfume, carboxymethylcellulose, polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene imine, ethoxylated polyethylene imine, water soluble polyester polymer, polycarboxylate, polyacrylate, maleic/acrylic acid copolymer, lauryl methacrylate/acrylic acid copolymer, enzyme, or enzyme stabilizer; and a coating consisting of water soluble inorganic salts and optionally, at least one of water, fluorescent agent, perfume, carboxymethylcellulose, polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene imine, ethoxylated polyethylene imine, water soluble polyester polymer, polycarboxylate, polyacrylate, maleic/acrylic acid copolymer, lauryl methacrylate/acrylic acid copolymer, enzyme, or enzyme stabilizer; wherein from 40 to 90 wt % of the coated detergent particle is the surfactant; wherein the surfactant is selected from anionic surfactant, non-ionic surfactant, and combinations thereof; wherein from 1 to 40 wt % of the coated detergent particle is the water soluble inorganic salts; wherein from 0.001 to 0.01 wt % of the coated detergent particle is the dye; and wherein the dye is selected from anionic dyes, non-ionic dyes, and combinations thereof.
