According to the present invention, a motion control method of a stationary terminal comprises: a first step of receiving sensing information sensing a motion of a user from outside; and a second step of performing a pre-defined motion corresponding to the sensing information whenever the sensing information is inputted. The sensing information senses a motion of a hand, and the pre-defined motion is selecting a menu or performing a pre-defined motion. According to the present invention, the motion control method can intuitively and conveniently control a stationary terminal with various functions including a smart TV or the likes.
