Provided is an armrest frame comprising an armrest part and a cup holder part. The material of the armrest part and the cup holder part comprises fiber reinforced plastic. The fiber reinforced plastic comprises: a thermoplastic resin and 20-40 wt% of fiber for reinforcement. Therefore, the armrest frame improves economic efficiency and productivity by lightening and simplifying the armrest frame.
