PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that can properly switch between disposal and reuse of a developer recovered from the surface of an image carrier.SOLUTION: When a switching determination part determines that the state of use satisfies predetermined conditions on the basis of use state information, selects a method based on the number of prints as a method of controlling switch between disposal and reuse of a recovered toner, and when the state of use does not satisfy the predetermined conditions, selects a method based on toner balance information as the method of controlling switch between disposal and reuse of the recovery toner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10 |
