PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit device and an electronic apparatus or the like, capable of accurately detecting an overcurrent of a bridge circuit.SOLUTION: A circuit device includes: a bridge circuit 10; a pre-driver 40; a switch circuit 62 having a first switch element SW1 whose one end is connected to a first node N1, between a first transistor Q1 and a second transistor Q2, of the bridge circuit 10; a switching control circuit 66 for outputting a first switch control circuit CT1; a detection circuit 64 for detecting current of the bridge circuit 10 based on a node voltage SQ1 at the other end of the first switch element SW1; and a control circuit 20 for halting an ON/OFF operation of the bridge circuit 10 when the current is detected. The switching control circuit 66 activates the first switch control circuit CT1 when on-resistance of the first transistor Q1 is determined to be smaller than a predetermined first on-resistance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
