The present invention relates to an inorganic filler, an epoxy resin composition comprising the same, and a light-emitting device comprising an insulation layer using the epoxy resin composition. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the inorganic filter comprises a coating layer which is formed on a surface thereof, and the coating layer comprises ceramics composed of two or more elements selected from the group consisting of C, N, and O. A hydroxyl group (-OH) is formed on a surface of the coating layer. According to the present invention, it is possible to obtain the epoxy resin composition which has favorable dispersibility, superior insulation properties, high peel strength, and high thermal conductivity. |
