The present invention relates to a drawing jig of an insert member in an injection case of a mobile phone. According to the present invention, a drawing jig comprises: an inner stator (110) arranged on a robot plate (11); a first cushion member (130) closely attached between the inner stator (110) and a jig plate (21); a second cushion member (140) closely attached between the inner stator (110) and an outer floating member (120); and the outer floating member (120) formed on the jig plate (21) to be inserted to the inner stator (110), wherein the second cushion member (140) is located between the inner stator (110) and the outer floating means. The outer floating means (120) rotates in the vertical direction (z-axis) based on the inner stator (110) as an axis and a horizontal plane of an injection mold (30) as a reference plane when a guide pin (22) of the drawing jig (20) is inserted into a guide hole of the injection mold (30) to correct a horizontal angular deviation of the jig plate (21) in the case that the jig plate (21) or the robot plate (11) are inclined toward a horizontal plane (x-y plane) of the injection mold (30) so a horizontal angle of the jig plate (21) does not match with that of the robot plate (11). Thus, the guide pin of the drawing jig is inserted smoothly to the guide hole of the injection mold. |
