The present invention relates to a data driving circuit device for a display device and a display device having the same. A remote frame buffer as a data storage part for storing still image data is formed in the data driving circuit of the display device. Thereby, the operation of a transmission part of a timing controller of the display device and a receiving part of the data driving circuit are additionally deactivated when a function, for examples, a panel self-refresh (PSR) of outputting a still image for a period of time, is activated. Thereby, the data driving circuit device can reduce power consumption compared to a general PSR. |
