PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means of enabling progress of states in various different management target places such as guest rooms in a hotel to be grasped in a listed state, for which it is difficult to previously plan check and maintenance, such that an inspection can be properly managed.SOLUTION: A terminal (1) is connected to a server (3) via the Internet (2) and has inspection date input means (11), inspection instruction content input means (12), inspection item execution completion date input means (13), and management target list display means (14). The terminal (1) also has a database (31) that stores an inspection date, an inspection instruction content, and an inspection item execution completion date. A management target list display screen is displayed on a screen of the terminal (1). In the management target list display screen, the inspection date and the inspection item execution completion date of facilities are displayed for each of management sections, which are management targets, and at the same time, the progress is displayed for each inspection date according to a set period during which no inspection is executed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
