PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch sensor integral-type display device that attains a uniform distribution of liquid crystals improving an image quality, and can prevent a light leakage phenomenon.SOLUTION: A touch sensor integra-type display device includes: a plurality of gate lines and a plurality of data lines that are arrayed so as to mutually cross; a plurality of pixel electrodes that is arranged respectively in an area to be defined by the crossing of the plurality of gate lines and data lines; a plurality of touch electrodes to be used as common electrodes that is arranged so as to overlap some of the plurality of pixel electrodes in an active area, respectively; and routing wiring that is arranged on at least one side of each of a first data line and second data line related to some of the pixel electrodes arranged corresponding to each of the plurality of touch electrodes to be used as the common electrodes so as to be parallel with the first data line and second data line. The routing wiring is configured to be connected to the touch electrode to be used as the common electrode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
