PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continue the operation of a gasification furnace without stopping the gasification furnace even in the case the feed amount of solid carbonaceous fuel to the gasification furnace is reduced.SOLUTION: Provided is a coal gasification equipment 100 comprising: a coal gasification furnace 10 with a reductor burner of generating a combustible gas by subjecting a fuel to gasification reaction using an oxygen-containing gas; a coal feed device 20 of feeding fine coal to the reductor burner; a natural gas feed device 22 of feeding a natural gas to the reductor burner; and a control unit CU. The control unit CU controls the first feed amount of the fine coal fed to the reductor burner and the second feed amount of the natural gas fed to the reductor burner in the case the coal gasification furnace 10 is driven in such a manner that the target load is retained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
