PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic bottle making apparatus, capable of producing a white glass container having a white multilayer structure resulting from a phase splitting phenomenon in at least a part or the whole of a body part thereof and excellent in mechanical strength and whiteness, irrespective of fusing conditions and molding conditions of a halogen-free white glass composition.SOLUTION: An automatic bottle making apparatus for a white glass container includes a glass melting furnace, a forehearth, a spout, and a mold for molding a white glass container which is formed by being whitened while utilizing a phase splitting phenomenon. In the middle of the length direction and in the lower part of the glass melting furnace, a bubbling device is provided, which is formed by linearly arranging a plurality of exhaust nozzles for agitation gas along the direction that cuts the conveyance direction of molten glass. Further, the agitation gas exhausted from the exhaust nozzles rises inside the molten glass from the lower part toward the upper part thereof, and generates an eddy current of the molten glass in the front and back of the bubbling device respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
