Provided is a muscle strengthening cane which allows athletes such as skiers to strengthen the muscles of the upper arm which push against the ground. This muscle strengthening cane comprises a cane body, a handle attached to the upper end of the cane body, and a ferrule attached to the lower end of the cane body. The cane body is provided with an outer tube (11) and an inner tube (12) to allow retractability, the upper part of the inner tube (12) is inserted into the bottom end of the outer tube (11), and an elastic body (50) is provided between the inner wall of the outer tube (11) and the outer wall of the inner tube (12). One end of the elastic body (50) is attached to the lower end of the outer tube (11), and the other end of the elastic body (50) is attached to the upper end of the inner tube (12). |
