PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake control device which can reliably hold liquid pressure responsiveness when a foil cylinder is boosted.SOLUTION: A brake control device is equipped with: a first oil passage 11 which is connected to a foil cylinder 8; a first pressure reduction oil passage 17 which distributes a portion of a brake fluid in the first oil passage 11 to a part different from the foil cylinder; a pressure regulator 27 disposed in the first pressure reduction oil passage 17; and a foil cylinder hydraulic pressure control part 103 which so controls a rotational frequency of a pump 7 and a valve opening amount of the pressure regulator 27 that a foil cylinder hydraulic pressure becomes a target foil cylinder hydraulic pressure. The foil cylinder hydraulic pressure control part 103 is equipped with a boost control part 104 which so makes a rotational frequency of the pump 7 as to be higher than a rotational frequency according to the target foil cylinder hydraulic pressure, controls a valve opening amount of the pressure regulator 27 and distributes an excess brake fluid to the first pressure reduction oil passage 17, and throttles the valve opening amount of the pressure regulator 27 when boosting the foil cylinder hydraulic pressure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
