PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the self-supporting of a buckle and seat operability compatible, with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A driver's seat side rear seat has a seat cushion rotating about a seat back rotation shaft to be connected to a seat back so as to be close to or apart from each other. The buckle device has an anchor 27 fixed to a vehicle, a buckle body 22 equipped with a seat belt tongue, a supporting member 28 for coupling the anchor 27 and the buckle body 22, and a cover member 29 disposed over between the buckle body 22 and the supporting member 28 and positioning the buckle body 22. The cover member 29 is equipped with elastic pieces 29b and 29c which can elastically bend in a direction generally orthogonal in a longitudinal direction, when a load is applied generally in the longitudinal direction of the cover member 29, triggered by the rotations of the seat cushion or the seat back. |
