METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING NOODLES

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing noodles including the following steps: preparing noodle dough; assembling a molding unit with a noodle frame; inserting a pressing rod of a handle in the molding unit by inserting the noodle dough in a cylinder of the noodle frame and pressing down the handle along a certain trajectory; and manufacturing noodles as the pressing rod presses the noodle dough inserted in a mold. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the method for manufacturing noodles by using a noodle manufacturing apparatus which has a simple structure and can efficiently make the noodles.
