摘要 An apparatus for self-alignment of micro particles comprises: a chamber which has an inlet, an outlet, and a space where fluid containing micro particles flows; one or more capturing structures which are formed in the chamber to form fluid channels where the fluid flows in the chamber and have a gate part for allowing the inflow of the micro particles contained in the fluid and a receiving part for receiving the micro particles flowing through the gate part; a variable thin film structure which is formed in the gate part of the capturing structures and is operated to adjust the number of the micro particles flowing through the gate part and captured in the receiving part; and a thin film control part which applies pressure to the variable thin film structure.
