The present invention relates to a horizontal mobile type X-ray non-destructive inspecting device configured to inspect for defects of a welding line occurring in a tank of relatively large size in a horizontal direction. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the horizontal mobile type X-ray non-destructive inspecting device comprises: an X-ray generator which radiates an X-ray generated through a radiating window arranged in a front by generating the X-ray; a shielding housing which forms a radiating hole in front of a position corresponding to a position of the radiating window while accommodating and shielding the X-ray generator; a shielding hood extended by being forwardly protruded from the shielding housing to extend a radiating hole of the shielding housing, shielding a radiation range of X-rays radiated from the X-ray generator; and a mobile frame equipped with a plurality of wheels to move in a horizontal direction, holding the shielding housing to vertically be moved on an upper part.
