The present invention relates to ″a windload reducing soundproof panel using ball type soundproof materials and a soundproof wall using the same″ comprising an external frame and a soundproof panel installed since being rotatable inside. Since the present invention has a structure wherein the soundproof panel rotates when the wind blows to make the wind easily flow, a ball-type soundproof panel, in an empty space inside the soundproof panel, is filled to be floatable by the wind, and a through hole through which the wind is able to pass is formed in a thickness direction; the present invention provides a windload reducing soundproof panel using ball type soundproof materials and a soundproof wall using the soundproof panel which reduces the windload, and demonstrate excellent noise suction efficiency by allowing a free movement of the wind in a transverse direction of a road. The present invention provides a rotating soundproof panel unit and a soundproof wall using the same, comprising: an external frame (101) in the form of a rectangular frame and a soundproof panel (100) equipped as rotatable in an area divided by the external frame (101), and the soundproof panel (100) including a main body (10) having an empty space inside and a through hole; and a plurality of noise suction materials (2) contained inside the main body (1) wherein when the wind enters the through hole to float the noise suction materials (2) by a draft pressure, the wind passing between the noise suction materials (2) flows through the main body (1) and the noise is blocked by colliding with the noise suction materials (2), thus being absorbed and reflected. |
