PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage a current state of a worker.SOLUTION: A worker management system includes: a multifunctional mobile terminal carried by a worker; a state sensor worn by the worker to sense a state of the worker; a transmission section which is worn by the worker to wirelessly transmit state data output from the state sensor to the multifunctional mobile terminal; and a management server arranged in a management office. The multifunctional mobile terminal receives the state data by radio from the transmission section, and transmits the state data to the management server. The management server manages the state of the worker, on the basis of the state data received from the multifunctional mobile terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
