PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of quickly executing control of warning or the like on the basis of received information.SOLUTION: An information processing system includes an information acquisition part (41), an approach determination part (44), an area information storage part (74), a reception part (49), a relation determination part (50), and a processing execution part (51). The information acquisition part acquires travel area information, which is information about an area where a vehicle travels. The approach determination part determines whether the vehicle approaches a specific range. The area information storage part stores travel area information when it is determined that the vehicle approaches the specific range. The reception part receives a stop signal transmitted from an outside of its own vehicle when another vehicle stops. The relation determination part determines a positional relation between another vehicle and its own vehicle on the basis of information about a stop position included in the stop signal and the travel area information to be stored.
