PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shut-off device for a metal mold cooling water channel which is tight and firm when a direction of a metal mold cooling water channel is converted.SOLUTION: A shut-off device for a metal mold cooling water channel includes: a fastening bolt 10 comprising a bolt part 11 and a head part 12; a base 70 provided with a screw hole for engaging with the bolt part 11; an elastic ring 60 interposed between the fastening bolt 10 and the base 70; an elastic ring fixation piece 50; a pressure ring 40; a spreader spring 30; and a sheet member 20. The elastic ring fixation piece 50 is provided with an elastic ring fixation part, which accommodates and fixes an inner peripheral surface of the elastic ring 60, on an outer peripheral edge thereof. The base 70 provided with the screw hole includes a shell 80 which is insert-molded from a nylon 66 material and protects the base 70, the shank 80 includes an upper cylindrical part, a lower cylindrical part having an outer diameter larger than that of the upper cylindrical part, and a step part formed between the upper and lower cylindrical parts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
