The present invention relates to a fine powder composition of blast furnace slag and, more specifically, to a fine powder composition of blast furnace slag increasing neutralization resistance and initial strength by mixing a soft petro coke material having pH of 11.5 or more and natural anhydrous gypsum to blast furnace slag, and finely grinding the same to have the specific surface area of 3,500-10,000 cm^2/g. The fine powder composition of blast furnace slag increasing neutralization resistance and initial strength according to the present invention comprises 1-20 parts by weight of a soft petro coke material and 0.5-10 parts by weight of natural anhydrous gypsum based on 100 parts by weight of blast furnace slag, and has the specific surface area of 3,500~10,000 cm^2/g. |
