The present invention relates to a preparation method of a high quality graphite sheet by heat-treating a raw material film containing an organic source to form graphite. The preparation method of the present invention performs graphitization through heat treatment by inductive heating and thus improves efficiency of heating and innovatively lowers graphitization temperature. Therefore, the preparation method of the present invention can remarkably reduce processing costs, perform rapid operations, accurate temperature control, and make it possible to design various firing furnaces. Further, the preparation method has excellent shielding properties against contaminants and is environment-friendly. Particularly, by placing a thermally conductive medium with the raw material film together and treating the same with inductive heating, the preparation method of the present invention can substantially improve efficiency of inductive heating in comparison to inductive heating the raw material film only.
